Very nice hotel, close to the town center. It doesn’t not have free parking. The SPA-center is limited to one hour per day. The breakfast was delicious, but everyday the same. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with enough storage space.

Located near the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent and was served in the restaurant on the top floor. We had a couple of meals in the evening in the restaurant which were also excellent. The views over the city were outstanding.

the location is great.. the crowd from one of the city's biggest bus stations is not heard in the room.. but you can hear daily promotions with loud music almost every night…

🇸🇮🇸🇮HOTEL IS IN A VERY BAD AREA. IT IS NOT SAFE..... MY LOVE IS BEGINNERS AND DRUNKS ON THE STREETS..... BUS STOPS AND STREETS((((((Pee,Pee))))) STİNKİNG STRONG........ DANGEROUS FOR THE FAMILY. 🇸🇮🇸🇮 😡😡1-) The cleaners talking with shouting at 9 o'clock. 😡😡2-) They make the reservation with euro. They ONLY take Serbian DINAR for cash payment. If you do not have Serbian dinars in your pocket, you will not be allowed into the hotel. 😡😡3-) They are using fake products. 😡😡😡4-) There is a bad smell coming from the toilet. 😡😡5-) The toilet bowl is leaking dirty water 😡😡😡6-) They put back the product that fell from the serving plate at breakfast and served it with their hands 😡😡7-) ATTENTION RECEPTION STAFF IS PAYING MISSING MONEY...... . YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT.😡😡. 8-) faucet fountain MOLDY, RUSTY...😡😡 9-) The curtain does not close well. The person taking a shower is watched from the room😡😡. 10-) Cleanliness is also ZERO. The windows and curtains haven't been wiped for years. It's like a fictional house.

The breakfast was very mid, the hotel's parking was not guarded and really expensive. Moreover, they charged for smoking OUT OF THE WINDOW. What's the problem now? The smoking or the prices?

It was generally nice hotel at the center that you can take a walk to most historical places. You need to take attentiom in summer, because the system of the air condition is stable at 21.6 degrees and the hot water is around 19 degrees. This is general summer system that they can not change. You can take most of the busses infront of the hotel. Airport shuttle directly drops you infront of hotel. I can advice to try the restaurant foods at the roof. They have really big size dishes and really delicious. Staff are polite and helpfull specially housekeeping. Thanks to you all 🍀

The reception staff smiled at least as you walked in but that's about as far as they go, it would have been nice to have been shown to the room or how to work the heating/cooling system and to have been told more about the facilities. The room was nice to a degree, but it had a leak from the shower cracked tiles and needed a little work doing to it. The spa was ok but wouldn't book there again for the sake of the spa as it was small and the steamroom worked once. The breakfast was amazing 👏 great choice of different foods, and the staff couldn't do more to help. The location was good and gave us access to the city with a small walk, but it was always busy outside as it was based in the bus depot.
